Refunds for purchases made at Brunelles.com

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards:

Purchases of gift cards or gift certificates are non-refundable. Please treat these items as cash. Merchant is not responsible if card or certificate is lost, stolen, damaged or subject to unauthorized use. Cards cannot be applied towards previous transactions. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash or other gift cards. There is no expiration date on gift cards or certificates.

  • Dockside and Lady Bea gift certificates and cards are valid for use inside Dockside Restaurant, aboard the Lady Bea, or under the Riverside Event tent only. Cannot be used for the marina.

  • Brunelle’s Marina gift certificates are valid for use in the marina Ship Store, for boat parts, accessories and service, or for gas purchases only. Cannot be used in the restaurant, cruise boat, or tent, and cannot be redeemed toward daily launch ramp fees.

Lady Bea Cruise Tickets/Special Event Tickets:

Tickets are valid for admission only on the day and time indicated on your reservation. Tickets are non-refundable, including in the event of loss or theft. Cruises must have a minimum of 10 passengers to sail (20 for special events and entertainment). Positive ID required for service of alcoholic beverages, or for admittance to entertainment cruises and some special events. Cruise schedules subject to change due to special events, weather, water conditions, or mechanical conditions. Captains reserve the right to cancel cruises due to safety considerations. Only in the event of a reschedule or cancellation by Dockside, Inc. staff, guests may then choose to have their ticket either refunded or rescheduled.

Food purchases made online:

Once an online food order has been completed, we are unable to cancel the order. If changes need to be made to your order please contact the restaurant directly as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes, when possible. Once the food order has been prepared we are unable to accommodate changes. While we strive to prepare every food item to meet high standards for quality and taste, we know sometimes errors occur. If there is an issue with any food order, please contact the manager on duty as soon as possible so any errors can be correctly in a timely manner. The decision to replace any food item within an order will lie with the manager on duty. Please note as a general rule, all food items are non-refundable.
