Whether you choose to have your bridal shower, ceremony, or reception at Brunelle’s Marina, you can be sure the breath-taking mountain views and flowing Connectucut River will be a beautiful backdrop for your special day. Every event at the Riverside Event Tent is special and therefore customized to your specific requests and needs; Prices will vary according to event.. Please contact our event planner Karen Landry (karen@brunelles.com) and she will help you make your day, a day to remember. Below is some basic info on your options here at the marina.
WEDDING CEREMONY ONLY:
Wedding at Brunelle's near Flag Pole
Our marina provides beautiful landscapes in front of the Connecticut River while maintaining a relaxing, yet elegant atmosphere, ideal for your special day. We have two locations for your ceremony. The first option is waterfront by our event tent, with a full view of the river. The second option is to have your ceremony in front of the Lady Bea by our nautical flagpole. Both locations provide a uniquely beautiful backdrop for your ceremony and photographs.
The cost for your 2 hour ceremony time frame at the marina is 499.00. Chairs are available for a cost of $2.50 each.
Additional details can be added to enhance your day if you so choose. Some ideas are Aisle Runners (25.00) or a White Iron Ceremonial Arch (75.00). Consider having a champagne toast or appetizers passed around to your guests after your ceremony. The Lady Bea can be rented for a wedding party cruise before your reception.
Complimentary parking is provided for your guests.
RIVERSIDE EVENT TENT RENTAL:
Event Tent at Night
Our Riverside Event Tent is 30 x 60 frame tent, with cathedral style windowed sides. It is lit with ambient dimmer lighting and interior rope lighting, as well as tiki torches around the perimeter. Tent Rental starts at 1500.00 for a 4-hour time frame, which is typically from 11:00am to 3:00pm, or 6:00pm to 10:00pm. We may be flexible with these times if so requested, and if we are able to accommodate your request. Additional hours are 250.00/hour. Included are round tables and white Samsonite chairs to accommodate up to 120 people. We offer a wide variety of all event items you need for your special day, please note: All additional rental items must be ordered through your event planner. If you are hosting a larger event, please contact us to help you customize the event to your needs. We will also provide two banquet tables for your buffet service. Our well stocked bar serves a nice variety of wine and beer, along with soft drinks, water, iced tea and lemonade. You can also order kegs of beer if so desired.
Service of all alcoholic beverages must be by our event tent bartenders only. 18% House Charge and 7% MA tax not included in above pricing.
